Who we are

Walkado is a product of Next for Success LLC, a limited liability company registered in Maryland, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes information handled through Walkado, its website and subscription checkout. Contact us at info@nextforsuccess.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you or your property administrator provide: account names and email addresses; property names, rooms and areas; employee and vendor names, contact details and language preferences; tasks, notes, shopping items, assignments, due dates, appointment details and completion records; and photos or logos you upload. We also receive support correspondence and purchase/subscription information, such as the purchaser’s name, email, chosen plan, payment status and transaction identifiers.

Our hosting, authentication and website providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, pages visited, timestamps and error logs. Stripe processes payment details; full payment-card information is handled by the payment provider rather than stored in Walkado’s task database.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and property access; organize and share tasks; support AI extraction and translation; process and administer subscriptions; respond to requests; diagnose errors; protect the service; and meet legal obligations. Property owners control which people have access to their property information. Assigned staff can see information made available through their role.

AI task extraction and translation

When you use Brain Dump, the entered or transcribed note and relevant context—including room/area names, categories and team member names—are sent through Lovable’s AI gateway to the AI provider used by the service, currently OpenAI. Task translation sends task text and relevant property/area context through the same gateway.

These providers process information to return task suggestions or translations. Their processing and retention are governed by applicable provider terms and arrangements. We do not make a blanket promise that prompts are never retained or used by every provider. Avoid entering passwords, payment-card numbers, guest identity documents, medical information or other sensitive information into task notes or AI requests. Review AI output before using or sharing it.

Voice input, photos and permissions

Voice input is optional and uses your browser’s speech-recognition service with microphone permission. Depending on your browser, audio may be processed remotely by its speech provider. The current app uses the resulting transcript and does not include a feature for saving raw voice recordings to the task database. You can type instead. Photo selection or capture uses permissions you grant on your device.

WhatsApp and other sharing

When you choose WhatsApp sharing, Walkado prepares message text and opens WhatsApp using a link that contains the recipient’s phone number and prepared message. WhatsApp/Meta may receive that information when the link opens. You decide whether to send the message. Sent messages and copied text are handled by the recipients and the services you use, under their own privacy practices. Copies sent outside Walkado cannot be recalled or deleted by deleting the task in Walkado.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers for hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, AI, checkout, payment processing and technical monitoring. These include Lovable/Lovable Cloud, Supabase technology, FlexiFunnels, Stripe and the AI providers described above. Google may process information when you choose Google sign-in, and Google Fonts receives normal browser requests when its fonts load.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to applicable safeguards. Property information is also disclosed to authorized users and to people you choose to contact. This policy does not authorize selling your uploaded task content to advertisers.

Cookies, local storage and website activity

The service uses browser storage and related technologies for authentication, preferences and home-screen installation prompts. Hosting and website platforms may collect usage and diagnostic information. Browser settings can restrict cookies or storage, but doing so may prevent sign-in or other features. If optional advertising or analytics tools are introduced, relevant disclosures and choices will need to be provided before their use where required.

Retention and account requests

We keep information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining records, resolving disputes and complying with legal obligations. Cancellation alone does not request deletion of an account or its property records. Retention can vary by data type, provider and legal requirement; backups and financial records may remain after active records are removed.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@nextforsuccess.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Some property records belong to the property organization; staff may need to direct requests to their property administrator. Applicable privacy law may provide additional rights, including complaint rights with a relevant authority. Requests are handled subject to those laws and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Security and international processing

The app uses authentication, property-based access controls and restricted photo/logo storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and limit the information you upload. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.

Children and business use

Walkado is intended for adult business users, not children. Do not use it to collect children’s information. Property administrators are responsible for having an appropriate basis to add employee/vendor information and for informing those people about its use.

Changes and contact
