Agreement and operator

Walkado is operated by Next for Success LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of Walkado and its subscription service. Review them before creating an account or purchasing. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. Walkado is intended for adults using it for business purposes.

What Walkado provides

Walkado helps users capture property tasks, organize rooms and areas, assign work to staff or outside vendors, prepare English/Spanish WhatsApp messages, maintain shopping items and track task progress. It is an organizational tool, not an emergency reporting system or a substitute for professional inspections, repairs, safety procedures or licensed tradespeople. You remain responsible for checking and completing work safely.

Accounts and property administration

Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and properties you are authorized to access. Property administrators manage staff permissions and are responsible for the information and contacts they add. You must have appropriate permission or another lawful basis to upload photos, employee/vendor details and other content. Do not upload passwords, payment-card numbers, sensitive guest records or information unnecessary for property work.

Trial and subscriptions

The planned commercial offer is a 14-day trial without a payment card, followed by an optional paid subscription. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription without checkout authorization. Trial tracking and paid-access activation are still being completed; these Terms do not represent those functions as already launched.

Paid plans are $12 USD per month or $120 USD per year for one property, unless a different offer is clearly shown and accepted at checkout. Each additional property requires its own subscription. Both plans renew automatically at the chosen interval until canceled. No setup fee is currently charged. The annual price is charged as one payment, not monthly installments. Applicable taxes, if any, must be disclosed at checkout.

Payment authorization and price changes

When you complete checkout, you authorize the selected recurring charge and subsequent renewals through the payment provider. The first charge occurs at checkout. Use the same email as your Walkado account so the purchase can be matched. Keep billing details current.

We will disclose any proposed price change before it takes effect, provide any notice required by law, and allow cancellation before the changed price is charged. Published pricing changes do not alter a prepaid period already purchased. If a payment fails, access may be restricted after applicable notice and any legally required opportunity to resolve the failure.

Self-service cancellation

For the commercial launch, customers must be able to cancel their subscription from within Walkado. This self-service billing function is a launch requirement and is not yet available in the current prelaunch app. We will not treat this notice as a substitute for building and verifying it.

Once available, cancel through the app’s subscription-management controls and retain the confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues through that period unless suspension is required for a separate violation. Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the home-screen icon, stopping use, or deleting a task does not cancel billing. Email is not the standard cancellation process; contact info@nextforsuccess.com if a billing control fails or you need help with an error.

Refunds

Subscription payments are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Cancellation does not normally produce a prorated refund for unused days, months or annual subscription time. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or your ability to report an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charge for investigation.

AI and messaging

AI task extraction and translation may contain errors, omit details or suggest incorrect wording. Review task content, recipients, dates and translations before saving or sending. WhatsApp sharing prepares a message and opens WhatsApp; you decide whether to send. We do not guarantee delivery, recipient response or the completion of assigned work. WhatsApp and other third-party services have their own terms and availability.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us permission to host, store, process, translate and display that content as necessary to provide the service and carry out your sharing instructions. The Privacy Policy explains relevant data handling and providers.

Walkado’s software, brand, logo and website materials belong to Next for Success LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited right to use the service for your authorized business activities; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Acceptable use

Do not use Walkado unlawfully; harass people; upload unlawful or infringing material; send unsolicited messages; attempt to access another property’s information; interfere with the service; bypass billing or access controls; or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the system. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements, with notice when practicable.

Availability, records and termination

Features and third-party integrations may change or be temporarily unavailable. Internet access is required. We do not promise uninterrupted service, offline operation or permanent retention of every record. Keep independent copies of important instructions and business records.

Subscription cancellation and account-data deletion are separate actions. You may request account or data assistance at info@nextforsuccess.com, subject to identity/authority checks, applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. If we discontinue the paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and address prepaid unused access as required by law and the circumstances.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for property safety, employee supervision and vendor selection.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to subscription fees you paid for Walkado in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

Maryland law and disputes

Maryland law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. Disputes may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Maryland, subject to any nonwaivable right to use another forum. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Contact info@nextforsuccess.com to raise a concern so we can try to resolve it.

Updates, privacy and contact

We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes as required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing dispute. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
